Hide Reactions or Likes Count on Facebook Posts
You always have the option to conceal how many people have reacted to your posts or those of others. Here’s how to accomplish it.
Using Mobile Application (Android & iPhone)
Step 1: Tap the three horizontal bars in the upper-right corner of the Facebook app after opening it.
Step 2: Tap Settings after choosing Settings & Privacy.
Step 3: Tap Reaction Preferences after scrolling down.
Step 4: A new page called “Reaction Preferences” will open. Here, you have the option to hide user or your own post reactions.
Press the toggle option next to “On posts from others” if you wish to keep other people from seeing your reactions to postings.
Press the toggle button next to “On your posts” if you wish to conceal reactions on your posts.
All posts are subject to these parameters. Reaction counts on individual postings cannot be concealed.
The process is the same whether you are using a mobile browser.
About Reaction Preferences:
On other people’s posts: If you have enabled this feature, you will still be able to see who reacted to the post but won’t be able to see how many people reacted to other users’ posts.
On your posts: If you enable this, the quantity of reactions on your posts will be hidden from view. You will still be able to view the number of reactions to your post, though. Furthermore, it won’t conceal who has responded to your post.
Using a PC or a Laptop
Here’s how to customize Facebook if you’re using the desktop web version.
Step 1: Open your browser and log into your account.
Step 2: In the upper-right corner of the screen, click the downward arrow button.
Step 3: After that, choose Settings & privacy.
Step 4: Choose your News Feed options.
Step 5: Click Reaction Preferences.
Step 6: To hide the number of reactions to your posts or those of other users, click the toggle button.
In this manner, you can conceal the quantity of Facebook post reactions.
How to Hide Reactions On Facebook Profile Picture
To hide your reactions on your profile image, you must modify your reaction options.
If you follow the instructions above, the reactions on your posts and profile picture will be hidden.
